DESCRIPTION

• Great 4 in 1 Interior and Exterior Durability Paint is a fungus & algae resistance paint specially formulated to meet economical needs. It is suitable for all interior and exterior masonry surfaces including brickwork, plaster, cement, asbestos and soft wallboards. Recommended housing schemes where economy is important.

APPLICATION DATA

METHODS

• Airless or Conventional Spray, Brush, Roller

DILUTION

• Use Clean water
• 5-10% by Volume (Dilution is to improve the workability)

THEORATICAL COVERAGE

• 12-14 sq.m/Ltrs(75-85 sq.m/5 Ltr)

Wet Film Thickness

• 60-80 microns

Dry Film Thickness

• 30-35 microns

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Surface must be clean, dry and stable

Suggested Treatment

1. Dirt/Paint

High Pressure jet washes

2. Paint

Remove unstable old film by high pressure jet wash or scraper whichever is appropriate.

3. Moisture

High moisture causes paint defect.

4. Algae/Fungus

Removed by high-pressure wash and treat with CHEMIPOL (SANIPOL-75) solution.

Rinse again with clean water and leave to dry.

5. Oil/Grease

Clean off with mild detergent and a little solvent. Wash thoroughly to remove all trace.

DRYING TIME

• Touch Dry (30 minutes) 30°C

Hard dry (1 hour) 30°C

OVERCOATING TIME

• 4 Hours minimum in normal conditions

CLEANING

• Clean all equipment immediately with water after use.
